The Lesson
You must perform two step-vaults in a row with only two steps in between each. Each vault must be performed on opposite sides. So if the first vault uses the left-hand and the right foot, the second vault must use the right-hand and the left-foot.
This is on standard walls at hip-height or greater.
After the first vault you must land one foot, take another step, then perform the second vault on the other hand.
You can land in any position after the second vault.
This must be performed at a jogging-speed or greater.
