The Lesson

Demonstrate a double cat-pass over two walls. Both walls must be over three steps apart and at hip-height or greater.

For a double cat-pass, the first vault must lift your hips up higher than the wall so that the hands can shift across to the second wall, ready for the landing position.

Hands must be flat and the feet must not touch either wall. There must not be any twisting of the body.

Five repetitions must be demonstrated.
