The Lesson

Using a standard hip-height railing with a mid knee-height bar, use a dive-roll to pass through the upper gap of the railing.

You can land on grass or concrete. You must roll out of underbar and come back up to you feet with the momentum.

Repeat three times.

You must not touch the railings at any point.
