Directional Rolls

The Lesson
Demonstrate three parkour rolls from a standing position on concrete in each of the four directions:
- Forwards
- Backwards
- Left
- Right
Repeat the entire process once over the right shoulder (12x rolls - 3 in each direction) and then the left shoulder (12x rolls - 3x in each direction). Total of 24 rolls.
Your head and knees must not come in contact with the ground and you must roll across one shoulder and the opposite hip.
You must be on concrete / tarmac or any hard stone surface.
You cannot perform a sideways roll or a gymnastics roll. This must be a diagonal roll across the back from the shoulder to the hip.
You should travel in a straight line and you must finish on your feet.
