Crouch 180 Cross

The Lesson

Start in a crouched position with hands off the floor. Cross one leg behind the other, place the foot down and untwist to face the opposite direction.

Repeat for ten steps once.

You should remain in a low gait position the entire time with the hips at knee height or less.

You should be alternating legs to move in one direction.

You cannot stop or stand up. You cannot sit down.

You must travel forwards without any stopping in between.
