The Lesson

Demonstrate a Box jump (vertical) over a hip-height rail/bar/wall/obstacle with any number of steps into the movement where the floor on the opposite site cannot be seen. The target is a landing point a maximum of one step (heel-to-toe) away from the wall.

To clarify, you must box-jump over a wall where the landing point cannot be seen until on the decent of the jump. No railings to see through.

The target can be a marker / brick / chalk circle, etc...\

You must takeoff two feet simultaneously and land past the obstacle with two feet at the same time on the opposite side. You must stick your landing.

Repeat three times.

Your momentum should be Precision once you have landed.
