The Lesson

Demonstrate an arm-jump onto a wall that then immediately transitions into a dyno (double-tap) onto a higher rail on top that then allows you to perform a climb-up over the rail.

Height of the wall can be any height.

You must perform the arm-jump from 4-steps away.

The rail can be any distance above the wall and of any orientation. You must perform a two-handed dyno onto the rail from the wall.

You must finish on top of the wall.

You must climb-up onto the rail with only your hands and feet. No knees or elbows allowed.

Repeat three times.

Rail can be any width.

Details
Hands start on front edge of the wall and then transition into a pronated grip on the rail.
