Box Splat

The Lesson

Starting standing directly next to (and facing) the target wall, box-jump up and into a splat-cat position with both hands and feet all on the wall at the same time.
Now push back and away from the wall into a precision back to the take-off position.

You can land at any height on the wall.

Repeat three times turning in each direction.
