Box Precision

The Lesson
Demonstrate a Box jump (vertical) over a hip-height rail/bar/wall/obstacle with any number of steps into the movement. land on another obstacle that is on ankle-height or greater and no wider than a standard brick-length.
You must takeoff two feet simultaneously and land past the obstacle with two feet at the same time on the opposite side, landing on the target wall in a precision.
Repeat three times.
