The Lesson

Demonstrate four strides on four hip-height bollards that are no wider than on brick length and are rounded on top. Each landing needs to be four steps (heel-to-toe) apart or greater.

Ball of the foot must land on the obstacle, alternating each leg.

You must be going at a consistent speed. No pausing or stopping.

You can turn or move in different directions during the strides.

Repeat three times.
