Bar Struggle-up

The Lesson

Start in a balance on a railing with no bars or obstacles underneath it, then climb under it and back up the other side. You cannot use any other parts of the bar other than the bar you start on that should be parallel to the ground.

The bar can be any height, but must be circular and high enough that you can climb under it.

Any body-part can be used on the bar, but you must finish back standing on top of the bar.

You must demonstrate one repetition of going around the bar in both directions.

Bar must be scaffolding-width or wider.
