Bar Climb-up

The Lesson

Starting in a dead-hang position on a full-stretch height scaffolding-bar (or wider) with your hands in pronated grip, you must climb up on top of the bar on the same side. You can use any body limb to climb up.

You can only touch the bar you are hanging on, no other item.

You cannot use a pull-over / spin-up to get up.

Repeat three times.

Your momentum should be Stopped once you have landed.
