Backwards Stairs

The Lesson

Demonstrate a quadrupedal movement using the monkey-walk up thirty steps on some stairs going backwards. You head must be facing down, with your feet leading up the stairs.

You must not use any body part on the ground other than your hands and feet.

You must not stand up.

You can rest, but must have weight on three limbs as you rest the fourth.

Your knees cannot touch the stairs at any point.

Repeat once.
