The Lesson

This mounting technique is useful because on the stability and many points of contact.

  1. Using a wall at hip-height or higher, place the left foot on top.
  2. Place a hand on each side of the foot.
  3. Slowly bring the back (right) leg up onto the wall outside the right hand.
  4. Use your left hand to push and shift your weight in between both feet.
  5. Move your left hand inside both feet, next to your right hand.
  6. Remove both hands.

Repeat this movement three times and then demonstrate using the opposite side. You must stay on the wall for 10-seconds or more.
