Ankle Splat

The Lesson

Starting from 5-steps away from a target wall, jump from an ankle-height block into a splat-cat with both hands and feet all on the wall at the same time. Drop directly down the wall onto your feet without stumbling or falling.

Perform a two-foot jump from an ankle-height obstacle / wall / block into the splat cat.

You can land at any height on the wall.

Repeat three times.
