J'ai appelé cette vidéo « Avant l'ombre » car après plus de 20ans de Parkour et à bientôt 37ans, je me doute bien que ça ne durera pas éternellement...
Je ne suis pas triste, bien au contraire, je me félicite de cette longévité, dont je suis le premier surpris.
Il m'a fallu 2 années pour réaliser cette vidéo, je remercie toutes les personnes qui m'ont accordé un peu de leur temps pour ce projet.

I called this video «Before the shadow» because after more than 20 years of Parkour and soon 37 years, I suspect that it will not last forever...
