[CH]ILL Flip Session: 15 Min-Drill [get better at Parkour]

Flips have been one of the most challenging things for my ankle since the injury at world-championships in summer '23. Landing has been the specific issue for the ankle, so I've been coming to this [surprisingly hard😅] sandpit spot in Alameda a few times per week to hit some chill flip drills. Watch me work through the process and find out what's manageable for my ankle as I continue my recovery journey.
