  • LO|MID-DIFF SWINGS: LO - 10.5ft Across | 3ft Box // MID - 11ft Across | 4ft Rail [r-ankle makes it even harder to stick rails now after injury😅]
  • HI-DIFF SWINGS: 10ft Across | 8ft 4in Tall Wall
    /Light Strength & Conditioning Finisher
  • PWR-CLN Complex: 4x4 at 185lb
  • Muscle-Up|Pull-Up: 9 Reps | 12 Reps
  • Cardio|Air-Bike: 10 Mins High Pace | 30 Mins Mid Pace
