CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Progressive and Professional. Training experiences for any ability level.
This is a fun, practical, parkour movement for everyone. Crafted with the true spirit of parkour and refined to be one of the most enjoyable, challenging and rewarding training sessions you will ever participate in.
Outdoor classes are for everyone, even first-timers. They’re structured to allow you to participate in the same tasks, training and challenges as everyone else, no matter your ability level.
Example: Move over a hip-high wall x30 times.
First-timer: Learns the fundamental movement ‘step-vault’ and practices that.
Intermediate practitioner: Practices a vault that they need to refine.
Advanced practitioner: Coach blind-folds them and the use their weakest vault.
As you can see, the training allows every ability level to participate in the same challenge, with the same focus and goal.
Kids that are healthy, fun and smart. Get your children to understand early on how to remain mobile, enjoy movement and become better humans.

Enjoy moving with your surroundings. A progressive method of training to overcome challenges, both physical and mental. This class is for anyone and everyone to learn the traditional methods of parkour and practical movement.
Run by veteran Parkour Coach, Leon Lawrence, outdoor classes are for everyone, even first-timers. They’re structured to allow you to participate in the same tasks, training and challenges as everyone else, no matter your ability level.
Class Example: Jumping technique.
First-timer: Learns the fundamental techniques of landing and taking-off to a curb.
Intermediate practitioner: Practices maintaining the same techniques while under greater stress – through distance, height, etc .
Advanced practitioner: Different techniques and increasingly difficult challenges with psychological stress involved.
The training allows every ability level to participate in the same challenge, with the same focus and goal.
