Ranging from the obvious to the ridiculous. Here's are a list of pressup / pushup variations to try out, give to clients or challenge others during the quarantine period.

The thing about parkour is that it's fundamentally about adapting to new things. It's what makes practitioners so versatile and capable, no matter the situation.

So, what's the situation right now? Well... as of writing, Sunday 12 April 2020 is smack-bang in the middle of a crisis of global proportions. COVID-19 has changed the way we live for the immediate future. Everyone, the world over, is isolated at home with social-distancing rules in place.

Zoom.us, Skype.com and Hangouts are all in heavy usage to communicate and has transformed the health/fitness industry for good. We don't know what's going to happen afterwards, but for now, most people have to rely on training at home by themselves or in online classes.

And that's where this article comes in. I wanted to get down as many different pressup cominations as possible for two reasons - to help give people new ideas and inspiration and also to add to my growing reference library of parkour.

So without further waffling, here are the 33 Pushup variations for you to try out.

The List

The full series of pressups/pushups is also on my YouTube Playlist.

Reference Library

By the way, these pushup videos are all part of the ever-expanding reference library which contains hundreds of videos on most parkour movements, conditioning and training.

Your Ideas?

People call these different things and they have different names. Don't get hung up on that. Try them out and see if any of them are you cup of tea!

I've already thought of a dozen more, so there might be a sequel to this article at some point.
