This is a fun, practical, parkour movement for everyone. Crafted with the true spirit of parkour and refined to be one of the most enjoyable, challenging and rewarding training sessions you will ever participate in.
Outdoor classes are for everyone, even first-timers. They’re structured to allow you to participate in the same tasks, training and challenges as everyone else, no matter your ability level.
Example: Move over a hip-high wall x30 times.
- First-timer: Learns the fundamental movement ‘step-vault’ and practices that.
- Intermediate practitioner: Practices a vault that they need to refine.
- Advanced practitioner: Coach blind-folds them and the use their weakest vault.
As you can see, the training allows every ability level to participate in the same challenge, with the same focus and goal.
