Balancing with arms straight.
Make sure your arms are at shoulder height and straight. This can work for you on multiple levels…
1. Having your arms straight and at shoulder height will help to keep a straighter posture and everything aligned along the bar.
2. Any wobble on the bar can be corrected easier by having finer control of the hips. The arms being far away from the body will allow for finer control of where the hips can go.
3. This will also act as conditioning for your shoulders. Getting comfortable in this position and strong in the shoulders will allow you to stay on the bar for longer and fight the fatigue. Endurance for the win!
