Climbups – Stepping Up.
The next part to work on is trying to step the bottom foot up higher than it currently is. This will give us momentum and traction when the actual climbup happens.
1⃣ Make sure you have a good grip on the wall so you don’t slip.
2⃣ Make sure you practice both sides.
3⃣ Keep practicing until you can get that bottom foot level or higher than the top foot. This foot will really help the next stages of getting on top of the wall.
4⃣ Even though we’re not doing cat-to-cats yet, this movement is absolutely necessary to be able to do them, so get the practice in now!
