Climbups – Negative Front Grip

    Climbups – Negative Front Grip

Starting to get a little spicier today… Now we are forcing ourselves to only use the front of the wall.

1⃣ If you keep automatically changing to Overgrip then find a flat top wall where there ISN’T an overgrip to possibly use.

2⃣Slow Transitions as always. Control all the way.

3⃣In a few days I’ll show you how to make all of these exercises scalable, so don’t worry too much if you find it too hard.

4⃣Repeat the stages of going onto your belly, and making sure BOTH elbows are going down at the same speed at the same time.

    Above all else, have fun!
